The Bear Tracks workforce training program was held in June in collaboration with Shawnee State University and Ohio Means Jobs. Recent high school graduates from southern Ohio completed 3 weeks of instruction. Students earned an industry credential in either Business, Early Childhood Education, Healthcare, or Technology.

Career Fair
Students participated in a career fair during the final week of the program. This provided experience speaking with employers and an opportunity to develop a resume.
Closing Ceremony
A ceremony was held on June 23rd to celebrate the accomplishments of students in learning track. This marked the end of the onsite training for each group except the Basic EMT program, which continued an additional week to complete course requirements.
