GRIT team member Alison Shepherd was with Terri Dunham at Waverly City Schools this morning for Virtual Reality (VR) day in Mrs. Phillip’s career class with OhioMeansJobs Pike County.
The options on the headsets were in the medical and manufacturing fields. Virtual tasks included assisting with a knee surgery, helping in a car crash, working in an emergency room, installing solar panels, and fixing an assembly line.
