The trends predict that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will have a significant impact on business clusters, with the largest impact felt by knowledge workers. The capacity of AI to learn and evolve as it collects inputs will create significant shifts in the types of work people will do. Higher-wage jobs will not only require technical skills but also more sophisticated social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
