Discovery events are designed to bridge exposure gaps where individual aptitudes exist in career clusters that are different from their current interests. When provided opportunities for “discovery,“ individuals often shift their interest to the areas where their aptitudes lie. Activities such as industry field trips, job shadowing, career exploration courses & more happen during this step.
