GRIT participated last Friday in the Lawrence County Community Baby Shower hosted by Lawrence County Appalachian and Family Children First Council.
This community event was held at the South Point Board of Education (old high school gymnasium) and brought together community resources as an opportunity to build connections. Participating organizations provided gift baskets/gift cards as door prizes. We were able to meet new and expecting parents who are interested in finding work and new opportunities.
